What's changing?

  • New cost estimates: Applicants will soon be able to access estimates for resource consents to better anticipate overall charges.
  • New Payment Declaration Form: From 20 October, applicants must sign a declaration confirming responsibility for the payment of all fees and charges, including those beyond the estimate. Processing of an application may pause until fees are paid.
  • Updated Form 9: In line with national legislation, Form 9 will include a new infringement declaration. Applicants must acknowledge and sign this section to complete their application.
