Upper Clutha Landscape Schedules Variation
The Upper Clutha Landscape Schedules Variation has now been renotified. This Variation proposes to amend Strategic Policy 3.3.36 of Chapter 3 Strategic Direction, introduce additional landscape schedules into schedules 21.22 and 21.23, and amend the pre-amble for 21.23 of Chapter 21 Rural Zone. The Variation does not change the existing rule framework for subdivision and development within the Rural Zone.
