Chair Yoga Stretch and Strength

Feel energised and calm with this new class 45 minute class! 

What is Chair Yoga?

Chair Yoga fuses together yoga and strength training with a supportive chair. The class starts with gentle stretches, followed by strength exercises and finishing with yoga stretches and breath work.

It's a more accessible style of yoga where using your chair for seated poses or balancing poses, you can take advantage of the many benefits yoga provides, such as increased circulation; feelings of well-being; and decreases in blood pressure, anxiety, inflammation, and chronic pain.

Chair Yoga is a new class starting Friday 24 January 2025. It's a new addition to our suite of programmes at Paetara Aspiring Central

How to book

There's no need to book, you can just turn up to class!

It costs $12.50 per class or you can buy a 10-visit pass for $112.50.
