Special Zones Review

A review of the Special Zones of the Operative District Plan remaining to be brought into the Proposed District Plan.

These zones are: Arrowtown South, Meadow Park, Bendemeer Park, Frankton Flats A, Frankton Flats B, Remarkables Park, Kingston Village, Mount Cardrona Station, Penrith Park, Quail Rise, Shotover Country, Plan Change 50/Queenstown Town Centre Extension, Northlake.

Section 35 Monitoring Reports

Monitoring Reports for each zone are currently being prepared. When each report is finalised it will be uploaded to the list below. Monitoring Reports provide information about the effectiveness and efficiency of the current planning provisions and help inform the review of each zone.
