AquaHIIT at Wānaka Recreation Centre

An intense workout in the pool.

AquaHIIT is more physically challenging than AquaFit. The ‘HIIT’ stands for high intensity interval training - a style that uses hard exertion followed by less intense recovery periods. Suitable for ages 16+.

When: AquaHIIT is run on Tuesday and Wednesday nights from 6.30pm to 7.15pm
