You & Me ante-natal fitness

Our 'You & Me' ante-natal aqua fitness programmes run at both Alpine Aqualand (Queenstown Events Centre) and Wānaka Recreation Centre with slightly different formats.

Keeping active during pregnancy is important, for you and for your unborn child; it helps to relieve stress, reduce anxiety and release endorphins. But the key is knowing how to exercise safely. That's where we can help.

'You & Me' is our fitness programme designed exclusively for expectant mums. Set in a fun, relaxed and supportive group environment, it's a great opportunity to workout in the water while socialising with others. The sessions are led by our experienced coaches.

Numbers are limited so please ask your fellow mums-to-be to sign up early if you want them to come along too!

  • The next block of You & Me will only run for four weeks starting Monday 25 November 2024. There will be no dry side option.

    You & Me classes are back for term four at Alpine Aqualand and Alpine Health and Fitness. The details are below:
