Holiday alert! Kerbside collections scheduled for Good Friday will be a day later than normal (even recyclers need a holiday!). The Queenstown and Wānaka Transfer Stations will be closed on Good Friday 18 April. AquaHIIT 'The Challenge'

An intense workout in the pool.

AquaHIIT is more physically challenging than AquaFit. The ‘HIIT’ stands for high intensity interval training - a style that uses hard exertion followed by less intense recovery periods. Suitable for ages 16+.

This programme is free + pool entry. AquaHIIT  'The challenge' is running for all of term 1 on Tuesdays from 6.45pm to 7.30pm.
