AquaHIIT 'The Challenge'
An intense workout in the pool.
AquaHIIT is more physically challenging than AquaFit. The ‘HIIT’ stands for high intensity interval training - a style that uses hard exertion followed by less intense recovery periods. Suitable for ages 16+.
Alpine Aqualand
This programme is free + pool entry. AquaHIIT 'The challenge' is running for all of term 1 on Tuesdays from 6.45pm to 7.30pm.
