About The Cardio Series

We've had a lot of feedback about continuing programmes during the holidays and so we created The Cardio Series. Running every Monday from 15 December, this six week boot camp will focus on a hybrid style of training with plenty of versatility.

Why join the Cardio Series?

  • Improve aerobic fitness and muscular endurance
  • Expert guidance and adaptive exercises
  • Suitable for beginners and intermediate fitness levels
  • Unique training spaces – like Muscle Beach (outdoor), the oval and indoor stadium

When: Every Monday 6.00-7.00pm

Ends: 19 January
