Jenny has been working in the fitness industry since 1998 after gaining her personal training qualifications in Melbourne, Australia. Her specialities are sports nutrition, sports psychology, strength training and conditioning, pregnancy training and overcoming obesity. Jenny is well known for helping people achieve great results in our group training programmes.
