The Queenstown Events Centre is proud to be a licenced facility offering the PD Warrior program. PD Warrior is an exercise based approach that combines a unique combination of Parkinson’s physical and cognitive exercises that can help to improve your Parkinson’s symptoms, quality of life and ability to LIVE BRAVE with Parkinson’s.
This unique therapy approach will help to build your confidence, improve your mobility and help you to fight the symptoms of Parkinson’s disease. PD Warrior revolutionises not only the therapy that is delivered to people with mild symptoms of Parkinson’s disease, but also when it is delivered, how it is delivered and why it is delivered.
Based on four key pillars including exercise, education, mindset and support, PD Warrior is the most comprehensive approach available. Our 10-week program includes weekly group exercise sessions, a personalised home program, 2x individual consultations with an accredited Exercise Physiologist, and access to online resources for education and support.Close
The specialised PD Warrior programme will help you fight the symptoms of Parkinson's Disease and help:
