Get back into exercise safely with this  programme for new mums.

Return to exercise safely and become Mum Strong! These sessions will offer a supportive and relaxed environment where parents can bring along their new bubs - they're great for resistance training!

Who's it for?

New mums; babies welcome too – they’re great for resistance training (but must be at least six weeks old)!

When does it run?

Tuesdays, 1.30pm-2.15pm

Sessions are on through the school terms.

Where is it based?

Queenstown Events Centre group fitness studio.

How much  does it cost?

$8.50 per class
