Penalty Payment Instructions

  1. Open the payment portal.

  2. Enter your payment reference (AN- followed by your animal ID) then click 'Next'.

  3. Click the 'Select All' check box to include your Dog Registration and penalty charges.

  4. Click 'Pay now'.

Please note: if you're making a payment using your mobile, select 'More' at the top of the page, then click 'Show Multi Select', and click 'Select All' for the Pay Now button to appear.
