This website outlines the activities of the National Emergency Management Agency. 

This is the website for Emergency Management Otago which includes information about different types of emergency, and how to be prepared at home, work and school.

Community Response Plans are developed by Emergency Management Otago in partnership with local communities to help prepare for a range of emergency situations. They include helpful planning templates, plan activation processes, maps, emergency operation centre information and much more. 

The Get Ready website is full of resources and information about how you can make sure you and your family are prepared for a disaster. 

'What's the Plan Stan?' is a fantastic website aimed specifically at kids, teaching them how to help their families be prepared if a disaster occurs. 

Use the MetService website to get detailed weather forecasts for anywhere in Aotearoa New Zealand. The website also includes heaps of other information such as weather, flood and road warnings, and ski field reports. The weather cameras can be really useful!
