Meal Mastery is for anyone who wants to improve their knowledge and insight into nutrition. This workshop will:

  • Provide practical tools to help build a nutrition plan
  • Give you more choice and options when it comes to food
  • Help you make better and tastier meals that help you achieve your goals

Meal Mastery will cover a lot of topics throughout the 6-week workshop. Here is a sample of what you'll learn:

  • The biggest mistakes to avoid

Where and when is it?

Meal Mastery runs every Monday 6.00pm to 7.00pm. It starts on Monday 2 September.

Each session will be held at the Events Centre Meeting Room
