QLDC owns and maintains a wide range of facilities and buildings in the district, ranging from historic cottages and churches, to modern community centres and libraries.

All of  these facilities require a mix of planned and reactive maintenance works and services and we're looking for local trades and service providers to provide for the diverse maintenance needs.    The local trade and service providers we're looking for include:

  • Fire Services - Fire Extinguisher Service

  • Fire Alarm & Sprinkler Service

  • Smoke Detector Service

  • Mechanical Services ( Lifts , Hoists & Auto Doors)

  • Carpentry

  • Generator Servicing

  • Handyman / General Maintenance

  • Security Alarms / Monitoring

  • Window & Glass Cleaners

  • Carpentry & Joinery

  • Signage / Printing

  • BWOF Compliance Issuing Consultants
